Software Option
The user interface contains few buttons:

| Browse | To upload PST/OST/MSG/EML/MBOX file |
| Select Folder | To select a folder containing multiple PST/OST/MSG/EML/MBOX files |
| Select single/multiple files | To add PST/OST/MSG/EML/MBOX file one by one |
| Remove duplicates across all folders | To remove duplicate emails from all folders |
| Remove duplicates within each folder | For removing duplicates within each folder |
| Browse for output location | Mention a location to save the resultant file using the Browse button. |
| Remove Duplicate Emails | Hit Remove Duplicate Emails to begin the process of removing duplicates |
