Softaken Office 365 Backup

Launch the Software

• Click start icon and find Software with the help of Software name, Or
• Double click Softaken Software Icon on the Desktop.

User Interface

Softaken Office 365 Backup Pro is a very simple User Interface. After installing Office 365 Backup Pro software.

It is displayed as shown below:

• Enter username and password and click on connect.

The next window appears as:

• Check the displayed data and Click Next.

The next window is displayed is shown below:

• Click select folder and select the file you want to export like all mails, inbox, drafts, sent mails etc.
• Move the cursor to export options and choose a desirable file extension.
• Click Browse to decide the suitable output location.
• The final step is click on Process now.
