Launch the Software

• Click start icon and find Software with the help of Software name, Or
• Double click Softaken Software Icon on the Desktop.

User Interface

Softaken Yahoo Backup Pro is a very simple User Interface. Before launching and installing Yahoo Backup Pro software, go to Yahoo Accounts Info under settings. Click on account security. Click the toggle key to 'allow apps that use less secure sign in' on.

• After you follow the above steps, you will see the software interface as shown below:

• Click Authenticate Your Yahoo Account and enter your user name and password and Connect to My Yahoo Account.

• Select yahoo folders under Select Folder option.
• Select Export Options as convert to PST or MBox File format.
• Select Export File format such as EML, EMLX, MSG File etc.
• Select MBOX Type - single/multiple.
• Click Browse to select the output location.
• Click Process.
