8. Check whether the account has been configured correctly by opening MS Outlook.

1. Based on the versions of Outlook, you can found scanpst.exe as –
   
   In Outlook 2019 – C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

2. Launch scanpst.exe
3. Now, browse the PST file and click Next. You can found PST file here –
   
   C:\Users\user\Documents\Outlook Files
